well - I was way off on my size buying for Dawta ... a nice pile of bargins has to go back and I will continue to search.

I am about ready to pitch my cell phone out the window ... can not seem to carry a conversation with Jamaica using that flippin thing! I hate it.

Roots - I just LOVE LOVE the grandchildren stories ... you are so blessed!! keep sharing ... and make sure you keep notes of these precious moments to share with the children when they grow up.

Roots last night I was\just plain cold. Today we are doing lunch witha GF of mine who moved here from Memphis. Seafood, then probably grill steaks later.

Yesterday was beautiful and springy. Already 62 degrees today! Praying that spring is finally here! Saturday is the first day of little league baseball!

Laura, do you have recent pictures of his daughter, that must be really frustrating trying to buy and not know her size.

My girlfriend that recently came back from Negril, stayed at the RIU Tropical bay...hated it. I tried to warn her about the AI, however it was a birthday present so she went with it, said never again. She said the property was beautiful, but the service sucked big time.

Natts - yes - it is frustrating!! he told me this morning - whenever she needs something there, he just connects her with one of the women around to handle things. He has never paid attention to size charts, measuring etc.

I was in the store the other day and found some clearance bras ... I had to call and ask if she had been measure YET??

nope - but he will call me right back. he called the cousins and they told him 34 ... so he calls me right back with &quot;34&quot; ..

well - &quot;34&quot; what??

just &quot;34&quot; ...

I said &quot;34&quot; A, B, C ???

what is the difference ~

so - I am in the store explaining to him on the phone ... what the cup size is and why there is a difference ~

so - this morning I insisted he take her down to Salomi - her first Nanny, who now runs a seamstress shop - and get her measured!!

Dawta is just as bad ... does not need to be measured!! if she looks at a tag, she thinks she just will take the next number up from that.

Tracy is a pencil size ... size 1 ~ her sister Shelly is a Jr. size 11

last night he told me size 13 ... that would make her now bigger than Shelly??? WHAT!!??!!

I told him about the size charts for Girls, Jrs., Missy, etc ... he now understands.

He told me when she is in the country - she can wear Tracy's clothing ... tight - but she can wear it.

that would make her about a size Jr. 3(with room - not tight)

WHEEWWW ... I am so glad I did not return my 3's &amp; 5's and replace those with Jr. 13's!!!!

I had a slap in the face of today's reality when I pulled up the baggage rules yesterday ~

YIKES!! I am flying Delta ... (my old NWA) - I still get two checked bags at no fee, BUT - rather than twice the overweight fee I was expecting ~ the charge is now 6X's the fee I used to pay.

Lord GEEZUZ ... I will not be paying $150.00 for up to 70 pounds per case. THAT IS ANOTHER TICKET!!!

so - all my shopping might not make it down this round ...

oh well - will just haffi book a next flight!!

They are talkin 50's and 60's here too today Its still gotta snow on the daffodils 3x and we are still 11 inches under the normal snowfall. The lake is still ice covered on this side but melting away

It is raining and the temp is 51 degrees. Weather forecast shows 71 for friday!

I think I have decided on the Treehouse for my Jamaica visit. Taking a newbie with me (my neice) and dont want her to have to rough it too much. I was really thinking of the old Chuckles however after being away so long, I need to wake up on the beach everyday!
